Addenda Flow provides AI-assisted bid organization and draft support. AI summaries are drafts and must be reviewed by the contractor.
Contractor responsibility
- Addenda Flow does not create final estimates.
- Addenda Flow does not submit bids automatically.
- Addenda Flow does not replace contractor review.
- Contractors are responsible for final bid decisions, pricing, submissions, and document review.
Free test and paid plans
Free test limited to 3 bid invites per company. Paid plans and manual payments may be tracked separately.
